Research

The research in the project is connected to Greenland’s (Ilissimatusarfit) and Aarhus university and involves students and researchers from there. The research is developed in collaboration with the inhabitants of the towns, including children and young people, some of which participate as research assistants. This will build a local and international capacity.

The project is evaluated on an ongoing basis and annually. The research results comprise a part of the evaluation, which is implemented as a mutual learning process in which locals, including children and young people, are involved in reflecting over what worked and what the effect was on the town/target group. Involving participants in this process builds a capacity for reflection.
